This creamy dressing will leave a delicious taste in your mouth!
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise (you can use low-fat or avocado oil mayo)
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese (I don't like it cheesy so I use less, like 1/4 cup)
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon anchovy paste or 3 anchovies from can
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper (or add as much or as little as you'd like)
1/2 of a lemon juice (again, add as much as you'd like)
1-2 garlic clove (add more if you like it garlicky)
1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Directions:
Add all ingredients in mini food processor and add more if you feel it needs more of something. Nothing is perfect the first time around. You can add a little bit of olive oil to smooth it out a bit and for flavor but I would not add a lot. Just a tiny bit. I never add raw egg - that's an optional thing. I skip it and the flavor is just as good! Any advice or questions, let me know! Enjoy!
